For any clients' complaints and questions, our sales would answer &fix it directly or transfer to Technical Department for better solutions. All the procedures will be tracked and recorded till the problems are solved to clients' satisfaction.

Details of After-Sales Service:

Warranty Period: Basically all given 3 years or 5 years for Customized products of Great Quality

Warranty conditions: Free maintenance and repair are available within the warranty period. If exceeding the time, the maintenance& repair service and spare parts are supplied at reasonable prices.

Warranty time: Starts when clients get the products

Response time for clients' complaints: Once received, the technical replies will be given within 24 hours. If can't be solved in 24 hours or need more time, the further solutions with details will be given till fixed.

Spare parts : Necessary spare parts are shipped together with the led lights.

Free Assistance: Free training can be given to ensure clients understand how to use and install the led lights .As well, the basic knowledge are available from the Menu of lights.

Follow up: Within the warranty, our sales will keep in touch with the clients regularly by email or phone to know what is going on and solve the problem when it occurs.
